For the last two weeks we have been working on a painting - still in a smaller size - that began with seeing large masses of value and color. We painted an underpainting during the first week and added details during the second. We should be close enough to completion to work on the planning stages of our next and final project.
For this we will be using a larger canvas/paper. The painting may be a still life or a landscape. If you have the canvas/paper already you may begin painting this week - otherwise use this week to plan your color and composition.
We will also be discussing how your paintings of the last two weeks went - so be sure to bring them to class!
